Introduction

This Web site mainly contains photographs of dolls I've made so far and plants in my balcony. I'm sorry most of the explanatory text is given only in Japanese except this page.

I started making ball jointed dolls when I entered the ÉCOLE DE SIMON, Yotsuya Simon's Doll School, more than twenty years ago. Because it took nealy 3 hours to commute from the city where I lived at that time, I thought I'd soon give up. But I didn't. I really wonder why I could continue to make dolls for such a long time. I've got no specific purpose or passion for doll making --- I just like it. I hope I can make a really good doll some day.

This Web site was opened three years ago and recently renewed. Thank you for accessing, and please visit again if you have time, as I'm going to (hopefully) update contents more often than before.
